HOW TO USE YOUR AT HOME CARE BUDDY

1. either do this in the shower to wash everything down the drain when done or place a towel under your feet before proceeding with sanding
2. spray the softener on the soles of your feet and around toenails; liberally applying to calluses and dry skin
3. let it soak in and absorb for at least two to three minutes
4. then proceed with your multi-directional  Footlogix® At Home 'Metal Pressed' Foot File to remove the dry/hard areas on the bottom of your heels and/or balls of feet or side of toes
5. you can re-apply as needed depending on build-up
6. optional: the product will continue working with long term effects so no need to rinse off, but my recommendation would be to rinse after you've scrubbed your heels so all excess dead skin can go down the drain of the shower,
7. once complete, apply your Footlogix® DD Cream Mousse (125 ml) for the final touches #chefskiss

Silicone Toe Separators for 'Narrow Feet'

HOW TO WEAR

• the bottom of the separator is the part that look like gyoza; the top of the separator is the side displaying the neatly placed ovals; the larger oval is the one that goes between your big toe and second toe (refer to picture)
  
• start with your pinky toe, then proceed to each toe there-after
• give each section a little wiggle down to make sure it's nice and snug and no parts are folded/rolled (kind of like adjusting your boobs in a bra or balls in your jocks)
• first time wearers - start with 3minutes wear then see how the circulation in your toes look, if they haven't turned purple, then you can wear them a bit longer 
• seasoned wearers - feel free to walk around the house in them, wear them with your flip flops or inside your runners

HOW TO USE

• Do this is the shower - softer skin, painless, easier clean-up
• Place the flat side of the stick to the surface of your nail and slowly wiggle back the skin off your nail plate
• Then turn the flat part on it's head and roll around the edges of your nail plate to clean up the excess skin that has now been removed

Oh and the pointy end? That's used to clean out any 'nail jam' or 'toe jam' under your nails (made you cringe didn't i?)

BONUS TIP

Being a wood product, it means you can file it back into shape as it slowly gets worn down so you can get longer usage out of it
