Drip a small drop under the tip of your nails, allowing the product to fall underneath and down the sides of your sidewalls into your cuticles, rub it in and allow to dry before applying your cuticle oil (best complimented with Bio Sculpture® Ethos 'Almond' Cuticle Oil). Continue this twice daily morning and night.
