HOW TO USE: For first time use, simply twist the base of the pen as many times needed for the nourishing oil to release, once released, only a twist or two will be required for future applications. Once the bristles are saturated, gently brush around the nail bed and massage the oil into the skin

Only requiring a little scoop of balm, this moisturising base of Coconut Oil, Shea Butter and Aloe Vera coupled with Navy® signature, lightly fragranced, mandarin and sandalwood scented oil, will melt when gently warmed and rubbed into your skin.

Silicone Toe Separator for 'One' Problem toe

• place the strap around the big toe; put the bar in between your big toe and second toe (refer to picture)
• give it a little wiggle down to make sure it's nice and snug and no parts of the silicone strap are folded/rolled
• first time wearers - start with 3minutes wear then see how the circulation in your toe looks, if it hasn't turned purple, then you can wear it a bit longer 
• seasoned wearers - feel free to walk around the house in them, wear them with your flip flops or inside your runners
