HOW TO USE: For first time use, simply twist the base of the pen as many times needed for the nourishing oil to release, once released, only a twist or two will be required for future applications. Once the bristles are saturated, gently brush around the nail bed and massage the oil into the skin

• place the strap around the big toe; put the bar in between your big toe and second toe (refer to picture)
