The callus softener helps break down the built-up, dry skin that’s been hanging around, while the foot file helps gently smooth everything away. Once your feet have had a good rinse, it’s time to bring the moisture back in with the hydrating mousse, followed by the nourishing nail oil to care for your nails and cuticles.

A simple routine, but one that makes a huge difference when you’re consistent.

STEPS

1. Cuticles + Filing: Gently push back the cuticles on your nail plates, file any ruff edges on the tips of your nails and shape them nicely.
2. Remove Dry/Callused Skin: Place a towel down on the ground to capture all the skin then dispose of or sit in the shower so you can rinse all the dead skin away down the drain (see video for tutorial)
3. Hydrate Skin: Shake + Press for a small walnut sized piece of mousse and distribute to the areas of your heels that need hydration (my pick would be, back/base to rear of heels and any callused zones like ball of foot, outer edge of foot under pinky and also big toe) *remember a little goes a long way, you shouldn't need too much (see video for tutorial)
4. Hydrate Toenails: Apply 1 drop of Almond Oil to each nail, rub it in and dry

Tip: Mousse daily after showers and/or before your day begins and at the end of your day so your feet can hydrate whilst you sleep; file heels weekly with callus softener if you have major build up - don't do it all in one go, you could damage your skin

*depending on your heel condition, you may experience immediate results after first use, or you may start to see results forming in as little as two weeks when the dd mousse get's used daily 

Fun Fact: The DD Mousse will start healing your skin from the inside out and push all the old skin to the surface, which then allows you to easily file it off revealing soft repaired skin underneath
