HOW TO USE

• Do this is the shower - softer skin, painless, easier clean-up
• Place the flat side of the stick to the surface of your nail and slowly wiggle back the skin off your nail plate
• Then turn the flat part on it's head and roll around the edges of your nail plate to clean up the excess skin that has now been removed

Oh and the pointy end? That's used to clean out any 'nail jam' or 'toe jam' under your nails (made you cringe didn't i?)

Being a wood product, it means you can file it back into shape as it slowly gets worn down so you can get longer usage out of it

STEPS

1. Cuticles + Filing: Gently push back the cuticles on your nail plates, file any ruff edges on the tips of your nails and shape them nicely.
2. Remove Dry/Callused Skin: Place a towel down on the ground to capture all the skin then dispose of or sit in the shower so you can rinse all the dead skin away down the drain (see video for tutorial)
3. Hydrate Skin: Shake + Press for a small walnut sized piece of mousse and distribute to the areas of your heels that need hydration (my pick would be, back/base to rear of heels and any callused zones like ball of foot, outer edge of foot under pinky and also big toe) *remember a little goes a long way, you shouldn't need too much (see video for tutorial)
4. Hydrate Toenails: Apply 1 drop of Almond Oil to each nail, rub it in and dry

Tip: Mousse daily after showers and/or before your day begins and at the end of your day so your feet can hydrate whilst you sleep; file heels weekly with callus softener if you have major build up - don't do it all in one go, you could damage your skin

2 OPTIONS 

1. Use Dry: In the shower before turning on the water, sand your heels down, then no toe/foot flakes will be flying around the room and you can easily wash down the shower once your done #winning
2. Use Wet: Towards the end of your shower, depending how deep the cracks in your heels are or callus build up on the big toe or side of your foot is, you would then go in with the course side first (light pressure to start to get used to the file, then apply more pressure as needed) however, if you only have a little bit of dryness here and there, use the fine side only and you'll be good to go!

Expert Tip: If you do use the foot file during your shower and didn't feel that it gave you that baby smoothness you were looking for, wait till your feet are WELL dry, then go in with the fine side of the paddle to knock off those little skin flakes still holding on for dear life.

results and recovery of your damaged nail can vary depending on how bad affected area is.

small zones with black/blue/green/yellow lifting or thickening near the tip of your nails can be known to cure within as little as two (2) weeks. if your whole nail is affected, you can be looking at a minimum of 28 weeks - but hey! at least in roughly 28 weeks time it will all be gone and you can feel confident once again. (again, results vary, keep pictures of your progress so you stay motivated to fight this to the end!)

Usage Instructions

• Remove nail-polish from toenails before application for better/faster results
• Hold can in desired position and spray on top of the nail from a distance of 1 inch
• Apply under the nail if you don't wish to remove polish or if you want direct results to reach under the lifted area of your nail as well as on top
• Allow to dry for 10-15 seconds
• Apply twice daily until conditions are resolved (morning and night)

HOW TO USE YOUR AT HOME CARE BUDDY

1. either do this in the shower to wash everything down the drain when done or place a towel under your feet before proceeding with sanding
2. spray the softener on the soles of your feet and around toenails; liberally applying to calluses and dry skin
3. let it soak in and absorb for at least two to three minutes
4. then proceed with your multi-directional  Footlogix® At Home 'Metal Pressed' Foot File to remove the dry/hard areas on the bottom of your heels and/or balls of feet or side of toes
5. you can re-apply as needed depending on build-up
6. optional: the product will continue working with long term effects so no need to rinse off, but my recommendation would be to rinse after you've scrubbed your heels so all excess dead skin can go down the drain of the shower,
